Ever wanted to see the ballet but Watch Midhunternever had the money or motivation? Your ballet-starved prayers have been answered, thanks to Facebook.

To celebrate World Ballet Day on Oct. 4, a bunch of ballet companies across the globe have joined forces to give anyone and everyone a glimpse into the world of the ballet elite, for 20 straight hours.

The marathon Facebook Live ever is being touted as the longest livestream the platform has ever hosted, will give a rare window into the real time happenings of rehearsals around the world.

The Australian Ballet, The Bolshoi Ballet of Russia, The Royal Ballet, The National Ballet of Canada and The San Francisco Ballet will broadcast for four hours each.

The stream has its first curtain call with the Australian Ballet at 10 p.m. ET (1 p.m. AEDT). The Australian Ballet's ballet master Tristan Message even made a quick how-to video for those barre-curious who want to join in from home.
